At the museum you can see a considerable collection of Norwegian and international contemporary art from the 1960s to today. The spectacular museum building was designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano.
The museum also presents changing exhibitions of leading international and Norwegian contemporary art. It has established itself as an important institution for displaying international contemporary art.
