Changes to Hop On-Hop Off Buses

Due to the World Athletics Road Running Championships Copenhagen (WRRC) on September 19 & 20, parts of the city will be closed, affecting our bus routes.

Classic Copenhagen (red line)

• Stop 9 – SMK/Rosenborg Castle will be closed
• Extra stop by Nyhavnsbroen
• Extra stop at Holbergsgade/Tordenskjoldsgade
• First departure from stop 12 – Tivoli at 9:00
• First departure from stop 1 – Ved Stranden/City Center at 9:30
• Last full tour departs from stop 12 – Tivoli at 17:00
• Last full tour departs from stop 1 – Ved Stranden/City Center at 17:30
• Runs every 30 minutes (delays may occur due to traffic)

Home of Carlsberg (green line)

• No changes to the route
• Departs from stop 12 – Tivoli at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, and 16:00
• Departs from stop 23 – Copenhagen Zoo at approximately 11:10, 12:10, 13:10, 14:10, 15:10, and 16:10
• Departs from stop 24 – Home of Carlsberg at approximately 11:20, 12:20, 13:20, 14:20, 15:20, and 16:20

• No changes to the route
• Departs from stop 12 – Tivoli at 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 13:45, 14:45, and 15:45

Below you'll find information and the live map for Sunday, September 20. Please note that our Classic Copenhagen route is canceled and we have a special WRRC route instead.

Special WRRC Route (yellow line)

Due to road closures, this route will not operate as one continuous loop; instead, the buses will run back and forth.

• First departure from stop 5 – The Little Mermaid at 10:00
• Last ful tour departs from stop 5 – The Little Mermaid at 16:00 
• Runs every 30 minutes (delays may occur due to traffic)

Home of Carlsberg (green line)

• This route is canceled

Colorful Copenhagen (purple line)

• Changes to the route
• Stop 12 – Tivoli is closed
