In our restaurants onboard, we use environmentally friendly cleaning agents and actively work, for example, to reduce the use of single-use plastic items. We only serve organic and ethically certified coffee/tea and aim to avoid serving fish or seafood that has a red light in the WWF Seafood Guide. Our goal is to gradually increase the proportion of sustainable food purchases.
