Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) and EU consumer protection legislation, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
This right applies to the following products only:
- Gift cards
- Annual/yearly cards
This right does NOT apply to:
- Sightseeing tours, dining experiences, guided tours, or any other activity booked for a specific date or time period
Date-specific bookings are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the leisure activities exemption in the Distance Contracts Act. This means that once a tour or dining experience is booked, it cannot be cancelled under this right – please refer to our standard cancellation and refund policy for those purchases.
How to withdraw
If you have purchased a gift card or annual card and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. Your withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email. Any refund due will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal request.
