Poké bowls originate from Hawaiian cuisine. For those unfamiliar with the concept, they can best be described as a sushi salad: raw fish, sushi rice, and fresh vegetables – all cut into cubes, as the name poké also means.
At OLIOLI, our poké bowls have been given an Asian and Scandinavian twist, offering more than the classic version. In addition to raw fish, we also offer tofu and chicken, combined with fresh vegetables, delicious marinades, and flavorful dressings.
There are vegan and vegetarian options available, as well as lighter alternatives to traditional white rice.
