We sail in both wind and rain. Our canal boats are heated, while Hygge offers heated seats and soft blankets.

If water levels are high, we may adjust the departure point. Just check in at the ticket house and we'll direct you to the right spot. If heavy ice forms on the canals, the tour will be cancelled.
