Klara Mälarstrand (Stadshuset)
There are a few parking spaces on Norr Mälarstrand, to the west of Stadshuset (City Hall). Closest parking garage is Galleriangaraget on Regeringsgatan (exit on Klara Östra Kyrkogata). From there it is approx. 10 minutes walk.

It is almost impossible to find parking spaces around Nybroviken. There are a few along Strandvägen, but the best option is to park in the parking garage Galleriangaraget on Regeringsgatan. From there it is approx. 5 min walk.

There are no parking spaces around Strömkajen. Closest parking garage is Galleriangaraget on Regeringsgatan.

Are the boats accessible with a wheelchair?
All our boats have different conditions. We can not guarantee that our staff will be able to help with the lifting of a wheelchair on/off the boat. Below you find the accessibility for different boats. For more information, please contact our Customer Service

Accessibility on board our classic ships
The older vessels are narrow and there are stairs and elevation changes which makes it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair on board these ships.

Accessibility on board Cinderellabåtarna

M/S Cinderella II is accessible for wheelchairs and permobiles but it is not possible to get up on the upper deck and can be difficult to get out on outer deck. Recommend to pre-book and arrive early to be sure to fit at tables on the lower deck.

M/S Eskil and extra boats are not handicapped accessible and cannot guarantee that we will get a wheelchair on board. Permobil is not possible to travel with on board M/S Eskil or extra boats. Call and pre-book to be sure you come along.

Accessibility on board our sightseeing boats
Some of our sightseeing boats are suitable for wheelchairs, but there is only one with a toilet adapted for guests with disabilities on board. Boats out to Fjäderholmarna can normally take wheelchairs – this may vary as we sometimes use replacement boats.

Accessibility on board M/S S:t Erik
M/S S:t Erik has narrow passageways, stairs and elevation changes which makes it difficult to get around the ship in a wheelchair.

Accessibility on board M/S Carl Michael Bellman
M/S Carl Michael Bellman have a few steps to get into the ship and a threshold before you can get inside. In the dining area on main deck there is a toilet adapted for disabled guests, but the entrance is quite narrow.

Accessibility on board Paddan Sightseeing
Paddan Sightseeing boats are not accessible with a wheelchair since there are 12 steps down from the quay to the boats. All passengers also needs to be able to get onto the floor or bend your head down between your legs when we pass some of the lowest bridges.

Can I bring a permobil on board the boats?
The boats are slightly less accessible with a permobil as they weigh much more than a wheelchair and can be difficult to lift at the gangway. They are also sometimes wider than the width of the gangway.

May care takers accompany for free?
No. Care takers pay full price.

Is there any disability adapted sightseeing tours by bus?
Yes, the Hop on-Hop off tour buses have a wheelchair ramp and room for a wheelchair with a headphone jack for guidance.

Are you allowed to smoke on board?
No, you are not allowed to smoke on board our boats.

Can I bring a baby buggy/stroller onboard?
All our boats and buses have different conditions. On the archipelago ships and the modern transport boats you can bring a baby buggy/stroller as far as space allows, but we do recommend a foldable one since there is not much room of the boats are full. On many of the boats you need to be able to carry the baby buggy/stroller in stairs or over thresholds.

On our sightseeing boats in Stockholm, Rundan Sightseeing boats in Malmö and on Paddan Sightseeing boats in Gothenburg we do not have the possibility to carry a baby buggy/stroller. None of the sightseeing buses in Gothenburg and Stockholm have room for a baby buggy/stroller. At our ticket booth in Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg, you can borrow locks and wires. At Strömkajen in Stockholm, we offer a baby buggy/stroller space on the boat's berth where we lock all the baby buggy/strollers and pull over a rain cover if necessary. In Malmö, unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
