1. Senate Square / Helsinki City Museum
Senate Square can perhaps remind us that Finland became independent in 1917, immediately after the Russian Revolution, and managed to retain its sovereignty even during the difficult times of World War II.
2. Olympia Terminal (Silja Line) / Mannerheim Museum
The Olympia Terminal was built for the Olympic Games in 1952 and is now used by TallinkSilja.
3. Café Ursula / Kaivopuisto Park
A popular spot for a coffee with a splendid sea view.
4. Compass Square
The Uunisaari island, only a few minutes ferry ride away from the main land, is a perfect way to escape the city just for a moment: there is a public beach and barbeque area. If you didn’t pack your lunch with you, there is a restaurant at your service.
5. Eira
This jugend-style district dates back to the early 20th century.
6. Hernesaari Cruise Terminal LHC
One of Helsinki’s ports. Arrival and departure point for cruise ships visiting the city. Stop in use only on some certain cruise ship days.

8. Löyly
Löyly, an urban oasis occupying a stretch of beautiful Helsinki waterfront, offers exceptional architecture in a unique location, the traditional Finnish sauna, a huge terrace and a restaurant.
9. Flea Market / Bulevardi / Sinebrychoff Art Museum
The flea market at Hietalahti Market Square is an exciting place to visit. The market is open both during the daytime and weekday evenings in the summer. Here, you can meet local Helsinki residents who have hired their own table to sell their old possessions.
10. Swedish Theatre / Design Museum / Museum of Finnish Architecture
In the heart of Helsinki, near Stockmann department store and at the end of Esplanade Park.
11. Market Square / Beautiful Canal Route
Departure point for Helsinki Sightseeing boat tours, by the yellow flags. SkyWheel Helsinki, Flytour Helsinki and Allas Sea Pool are located next to the Market Square.
12. Amos Rex / Kiasma / Helsinki Art Museum / Central Railway Station
Visit the famous Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, the Helsinki Art Museum or the new Amos Rex. The Main Post Office, Sokos department store and Kamppi shopping centre are also just around the corner. The stop is located in front of the Sokos department store, Mannerheimintie 9.
13. Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church)
This Lutheran church has been blasted out of solid rock and is a very popular tourist attraction. Entrance fee 3€/4€ per adult, free with Helsinki Card. Street address: Arkadiankatu 17.
14. Sibelius monument
Dedicated to the famous composer Jean Sibelius, this monument is one of the “musts” when visiting Helsinki.
15. Olympic Stadium
Apart from being an arena for many big events the Olympic Stadium offers a beautiful view over the roofs of Helsinki from its tower that is open to the public. You will also find the Opera here as well as a statue of the world famous athlete Paavo Nurmi.
16. National Opera / Linnanmäki Amusement Park
The Töölönlahti bay and the park around it are a perfect spot to relax in the middle of the buzzling city. The National Opera and the Winter Garden are located in the area. From here it is 10-15 min. walk to the Linnanmäki Amusement Park.
17. National Museum / Parliament House / Helsinki Music Center
The Helsinki Music Centre is a concert venue and meeting place open to all. It is full of action from morning to evening. Across the street are Parliament House and National Museum of Finland.
18. Ateneum Art Museum / Central Railway Station
Ateneum contains the most extensive art collections of Finland and is home to the most loved classic works of Finnish art. This stop is also close to the National Theatre and Central Railway Station.
19. Botanic Garden
Visit the garden with its ponds and flowers and the glasshouses that present a variety of plants mainly from the same longitude as Finland.
