Shore Excursion: Hop On – Hop Off Bus

Money back:
If your cruise line changes port or arrival time due to any unexpected changes, and you miss your excursion with Stromma, we will refund the purchase price unless we can find a suitable alternative to the excursion you have booked.

Back-to-ship:
We guarantee that all our shore excursion customers will make it back to their cruise ship in time for departure. In the unlikely event that you miss your ship due to late arrival of one of our tours, we will arrange and pay for transportation to the next port of call. This requires that you notify us by phone or in person no later than 90 minutes prior to embarkation time if your cruise ship is in Nynäshamn, and no later than 60 minutes prior to embarkation time if the cruise ship is in Stadsgården or Frihamnen. You will find the contact number on your Shore Excursions ticket and in our terms and conditions.
