In the cozy atmosphere of warmly lit brick vaults at Restaurant Pansarbatteriet at Vaxholms Kastell, we present our fantastic Christmas buffet. Between November 28th and December 22nd, 2024, the Christmas buffet is served, which has become a pleasant annual tradition for many families, friends, and companies. The ticket includes both the Christmas buffet and the boat trip.

Here you will find dishes like pickled herring, cured salmon, smoked fish, pressed pork, duck, meatballs, pickled pears, Christmas sweets, and much more. Our KRAV-certified restaurant is proud to offer food of the highest quality.

The Small Drink Package:

Boat Transport to the Christmas Buffet
Enjoy a peaceful and pleasant boat trip through a wintry archipelago on the Christmas buffet boat. You can choose to depart from and return to Strandvägen in Stockholm or Vaxholm. During the boat trip from Strandvägen, we offer mulled wine and gingerbread cookies.
Fun Christmas Activities - Teamwork
We recommend one of Kastellet’s popular and fun Christmas activities before the Christmas buffet - choose between the Christmas Team Challenge or Prisoners at Kastellet. Common to both activities is that teamwork is key to success. For groups of ten or more participants - excellent for large families, groups of friends, and companies! At all Stromma Sweden's restaurants, we conduct purposeful sustainability work. We only use environmentally friendly cleaning agents and work actively to reduce the use of single-use plastic items. We only serve organic and ethically certified coffee/tea and aim to avoid serving fish or seafood that has a red light in the WWF Seafood Guide. Our goal is for the purchase share of sustainable food to gradually increase.
