The evening starts with a glass of sparkling wine in the boat's beautiful salons. You will then be served a classic Swedish S.O.S. platter - a traditional Swedish starter of pickled herring, matured cheese and butter. A generous seafood platter follows, featuring boiled langoustines, fresh prawns, smoked prawns and mussels.
