Take the boat through the archipelago to visit Sweden's newest and perhaps most beautiful art museum, Artipelag, beautifully situated on Värmdö in Stockholm's archipelago. You travel with one of our classic archipelago ships M/S Gustafsberg VII or M/S Enköping. The journey through Skurusundet and the very narrow strait Baggenstäket is an experience in itself. On board the boat you can have a nice cup of coffee, pastries and freshly made sandwiches.
Art Museum Artipelag – art, design and nature
Artipelag is situated in what might be Sweden's most spectacular surrounding in the middle of the archipelago. The building in itself is a work of art. Visit the museum, take a stroll along the 1 km long beach walk, buy designer goods and ceramics in the gift shop or eat something in the restaurants.
At Artipelag there is both a restaurant and a café and both have a view over Baggensfjärden. At Artipelag Restaurant they serve an appreciated buffet and in Bådan Café & Pâtisserie you can get coffee, sandwiches and pastries.
