At Stromma, we like to invite all kinds of guests and we need to mirror them by having a diversity of people working for us. Sustainability training for employees
To develop and improve our sustainability work, we depend on engaged and competent employees. At the beginning of each season, all seasonal employees participate in a sustainability training with information about global challenges, specific challenges for our region and about Stromma’s sustainability work. Sustainability is to live our values: Reliable, Engaged and Genuine.
