Every Saturday and Sunday at 12.00, the M/S Östanå I casts off from Strandvägen for a three-hour brunch cruise in the Stockholm Archipelago. Starting from December 5th and leading up to Christmas the brunch will have influences from traditional Swedish Christmas dishes and the ship has been decorated to create a unique Christmas atmosphere.
Brunch in several servings
The brunch onboard M/S Östanå I is based on fresh seasonal produce, current culinary trends and the imagination of the ship’s chef. Seasonal and locally sourced produce, healthy green dishes and sustainability are the main focus points when creating the menu. The brunch is served directly to your table in three servings for sharing. Enjoy everything from appetisers to Jerusalem artichoke omelette with black kale and smoked salmon with poached egg. Don’t forget to leave some room for the last serving of delicious desserts and sweet treats!
