Nybroviken – Stromma’s Archipelago Hub

Nybroviken is Stromma’s main departure point for Stockholm archipelago tours. You can also buy tickets and get help at our ticket shop by Nybroplan. With berths along both Nybrokajen and Strandvägen, this is where you'll board boats to destinations like Fjäderholmarna, Vaxholm and Sandhamn – including the high-speed ferry Cinderella. This is also the departure point for all our popular dining cruises in the archipelago.

At Nybroplan, you'll find Stromma's ticket kiosk where you can buy tickets and get help with your booking. We recommend booking online in advance, especially during summer, as popular archipelago tours can sell out.

How to get to Nybroviken

Nybroviken is centrally located and easy to reach from most parts of Stockholm. It's a short walk from NK, Stureplan and many of Stockholm’s most popular landmarks.

By foot from Stockholm Central Station
Nybroviken is about a 15-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station (T‑Centralen). Follow Hamngatan past NK and Kungsträdgården, and you'll find the quay at the end of the street.
By metro
Take the blue line to Kungsträdgården or the red line to Östermalmstorg, both are just a few minutes' walk from the quay.
By tram or bus
The tram (line 7) and bus (line 69) both stop at Nybroplan, right by the ticket kiosk and departure berths.

How do I get to Nybroviken?

The easiest way is to walk or by metro - take the blue line to Kungsträdgården or the red line to Östermalmstorg. You can also take the tram or bus directly to Nybroplan. From Stockholm Central Station, it's about a 15-minute walk along Hamngatan.
Is there a ticket shop at Nybroviken?

Yes, Stromma has a ticket kiosk at Nybroplan, open from late April through mid-September. Outside of these dates, you're welcome to buy tickets online.
Does the Cinderella ferry depart from Nybroviken?

Yes, the high-speed ferry M/S Cinderella II (Cinderellabåtarna) departs from Nybroviken at berth 14.
Where do the archipelago boats depart from in Stockholm?

Most of Stromma's (Strömma Kanalbolaget) boats to the Stockholm archipelago depart from Nybroviken, with berths along Nybrokajen and Strandvägen. Destinations include for example Fjäderholmarna, Vaxholm and Sandhamn.
