Live like a Viking for a day on this lovely day trip to the Birka Viking City. The price includes boat trip round trip, entrance to the museum and a guided tour of the ancient area. Birka is one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites and is Sweden's first city. Here on scenic Björkö in the middle of Lake Mälaren, Birka was founded in the 750s – where goods were exchanged from near and far and even today the tracks of the people who lived here are visible. This is a food cruise that will take you to Drottningholm courte theater. During the boat trip, a specially composed two-course menu is served. This castle theater package includes boat trip to Drottningholm with our beautiful turn-of-the-century vessel, two-course dinner on board, ticket to Ariodante at Drottningholm courte theater and return journey by bus. In this summer's performance, the Mezzo-soprano Ann Hallenberg sings the title role in Handel's opera Ariodante.
