Restaurateurs Arnauld Eygun and Jan Ingvarsson prepare classic food in a modern style. The maximum number of guests onboard is 70 and for seated dinners the ship holds 45 guests. Inspired by the archipelago and with raw materials from land and sea, Arnauld and Jan prepare fantastic food on the M/S Gustaf III.
The ship is one of our smaller, older charter ships. Here, you will find an airy dining room with shiny wood. The ship is suitable for 45 seated guests, however for mingling only there is room for 70 guests. The dining room is situated on the main deck and the upper deck has a small lounge suitable for after-the-meal-coffee.
It is a small, charming ship which is only used for party arrangements.
