Jens Nykvist has worked as a chef and restaurateur for over 20 years, both in Stockholm and in Champéry, Switzerland. Jens was, among other things, co-founded the popular restaurant Harvest Home on Södermalm in Stockholm. Earlier, Jens, together with Coco Frisk, was managing the restaurant onboard Strömmas M/S Östanå I.
"My ambition is to create a pleasant atmosphere with good service - with our guests in focus. The food is prepared on board with local and carefully selected ingredients. A visit to M/S Mälar Victoria should be something to remember."
