The restaurateur onboard M/S Östanå I and M/S Angantyr is Andreas Clemmedsson. Andreas has been working at Strömma since 2014 and operates Strömmas Mini Bar concept since three years back with responsibility for cafés and catering onboard around 15 boats.
All dishes are cooked in the kitchen onboard the boat and the choice of ingredients makes carefully after season and quality.
